hello,
is there a difference between the 67 and 68 rear seat and backrest. I want to reupholster my '67 cougar in saddle, but, as you can see in the picture, i have a '68 seat. Do i order a '68 kit, and will it fit ok?

Actually, the seat covers on the front buckets are for a '68 Mustang. John

Cougar seat frames are the same as Mustang for both model years, but the Cougar seats have thicker padding. If you wanted to use the seats that you have you could get '68 Mustang upholstery. No way are '67 Cougar upholstery kits going to fit '68 Mustang bucket seats.

2 solution for me.
1) found two seats mercury cougar 67> in France not many parts cougar used. Beacoup for mustang.
2) I wonder if the kit for 68 Cougar XR-7, here
