Hey is the grill on the 67/68 aluminum? I put a magnet on it and it didn't stick but I thought I'd ask. Did they come chromed or are they polished? I figured they are aluminum and polished because I think it would be hard to chrome just the ribs....

as stated...and they are chromed THEN painted...so you are correct. they don't chrome just the ribs. thats why on most of them with some paint chipping off, they have chrome exposed under it.

No I got one in good condition I just need to re-chrome the ribs somehow. Thanks though
