I got it for my NJ garage, never installed it & won't be needing it in the new house.

Figures you don't live where you actually have WINTER! My R-19+ insulated 1100 sq ft detached garage would laugh at 55kBTU. I had a 95k and it might take the chill off on a NE Ohio 'chilly' mid-winter day...
