Hi, I'm new to the forum and am finally getting to work on a1969 Cougar Convertible that's been sitting in my garage for 25 years. I'm inspecting the car to see what's needed and saw that the bell housing cover plate doesn't cover the bottom third of the bell housing. Does someone know if a part is missing here?
