Any feedback on this listing?

Price, modifications etc.?

Motivated seller.
For me it is difficult without looking at and touching the car to make any reasonable assessment. It appears to be a fair deal from the photos and video you show. Not for everyone but someone out there will appreciate it. Have you considered putting it on something like FleaBay with a reserve and seeing what kind of response and results you get?
