Line up pics.
Since I have nothing to go on. No factory frame etc. I need to make sure the body panels line up before I weld the tabs for the inner fenders in place. I am using small 1" X 1" X 3/16 for the tabs. I then drill through the tab and into the inner fender. I pre-drilled holes in the tabs on my drill press. I am using 1/4 bolts to hollt the inner fenders to the frame and firewall. I have seven little tabs on the passenger side. Four on the bottom and three on the firewall. The inner fender will be bolted to the front piece with some small pieces of angle iron. The line up is rough but not too bad.

Nice so far, hard to believe that it's been off the road for 31 years at this point if my math is correct.

33 years actually!!!
I don't give up!
I put a 12 point cage in it when I was in my early 20's. I could jumo in then without a hiccup. Now I am modifying it with swing out bars and a removable steering wheel. Time they do change lol

I sent the door panels out to west coast cougar for new backers. The dash is at specialties in RI getting rechromed. Boy they are expensive! 1K!!!

I got the door panels back. They came out awesome. I recommend WCC for the fix! I am currently working on the grill and the shock mounts. I welded the drivers shock mounts to the front bar today. Hopefully it will go to the body shop soon. I still have some work to do. I need to weld the passenger shock mount and a few more things. I will post pics soon

After the car was stripped to bare metal and he started to blaock sand and prime. The roll cage needed some work as well. I had them add new side bars and we are doing swingouts. My son found me a tilt-a-way column so I will install that later.

Well it's getting there. I took the front hoop out and had them modify the roll bar. The doors were skinned with NOS door skins. The hood is a really cool fiberglass made by Rocket. The quarters are repros. The flares are not correct. They needed to be reshaped to match the fenders.

You are doing what we as kids dreamed of doing but had no funds or skills and later did not even have the car. Thank you for letting us live vicariously through your decades of efforts, she looks fantastic! Oh and thank you for paying for a years tuition for kid #3 at OSU...
