help find a short

HI , looking for some help on a problem . I have a 1970 Cougar XR7. It has a power draw that I've been unable to find. Last weekend I removed all the fuses from the fuse box and with a DVM I was still showing a draw of .05 to 7.1 amp draw . The meter would just keep jumping around. Looking for...
