    Hello. Picked up a 1973 XR7 convertible. There is a new Edelbrock carb and they added plates to increase the height so the air filter clears the distributor cap. Wondering if anyone knows the correct carb that should be on this engine. 351CJ. Thank you.

    I recently replaced my timing gears and chain and distributor and Just put in a oil pressure gauge and new sender. When i first started the car with the new oil pressure gauge it read 50 - 60 now and slowly worked down. Now when i start it i have bad lifter noise for 10 seconds and it goes...

    This was a run at NMRA/FORD EXPO at National trail in Columbus, OH. I was running 10.11 on this run at 131+mph. Car was 60 fting 1.51 with the back tires. Car was hitting oil pan.
