Man.. Cool. I dont see many retracts. Good looking car. I would love to find one or a 58-60 t-bird. I used to work on some of those retracts at the old t-bird shop. Man, they have a lot of relays (solenoids) behind the back seat. And the screw jacks are neat to watch.
The 66 t-bird retract was a whole lot different. A real pain to set up.

i restored a 57 myself 1 time ago. Was a way cool car, also restored a 56 as well.

I love it,my dads was a stripped down convertable, one seat roll bar 312 w/paxton. I would use a box for a seat. I loved to ride in that car.!
