No quarter mile times since the late 70's (where I ran high 12's, low 13's on street tires) always afraid of breaking something now! We just cruise, where you want to give 'em a looonnnng look...

Sweet!!! How much horsepower you have? Eaten a Chevy lately? hahahah. Is it a pretty good street car? I was just curious, whats the gas mileage like? I was thinking of doing the same thing to mine, as long as it got somewhat good gas mileage. Keep up the great work. Later!!

Thanks MeanMerc, It's approx 300 Horses, Bio as is: 1974 302, bored .030 over (what else), ported, polished, balanced (but not blue printed) mild cam, 351W heads, Mallory Dual Point, Hooker headers into old fashioned Purple Hornies, Weiand Tunnel ram with matching Holley 390s for streetability. Plenty of chrome parts and steel braided lines. I get 13-14 MPG (as long as I keep my foot out of it)around town and beleive it or not 22 on the highway. Mike
