    Looking for a 1969 Cougar XR7

Hi! I'm looking for a 1969 Cougar XR7 I sold back in 1992 or 93 to a Gentleman that lived on Lowell Larimer Rd in Snohomish WA. The cougar was blue with a white vinyl top with white leather interior. It had mag wheels and fog lights on it when I sold it. I regret selling it and would appreciate any information to help locate it.

    Thanks, Wild Cat XR7

Did it have a Dept of Defense Sticker on the front bumper?

By any chance do you have the VIN? If so the Cougar Club of America Data base project may be able to help.

Watson, have you met Wild Cat XR7? He is looking for the exact same car!!!

Seriously though, let me know which of your two userids you would like to keep and/or if you have had problems with the original one, I can help you with that.

    Regards,

    Re: Looking for a 1969 Cougar XR7

Ok, I need to clarify something. This is Wild Cat XR7 and I'm a 47 year old woman, not a man. My profile pic is me on the car 25 years ago.

I joined the forum because I was curious about possibly finding my first car. I do realize it is probably long gone and scrapped, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to look.

I am still thinking positive that someone will see my post and know something.

I have never met Watson, and I'm confused about his post.

Hi Wild and welcome to the forum. I just looked a James/Watson a bit and apparently he is a spammer from Pakistan. We'll take care of him momentarily.

Best of luck finding your Cougar or another like it!

Maybe you can check with the GTE registry, as Mr Pinkerton, the registrator is in that area, you can also check with the Cascade Cougar Club, http://www.cascadecougarclub.com/
