Very Cool GT-E pic from previous owner

Thanks to Don and Jim, I was able to contact Buck Wagner, the second owner of my Calypso Coral GT-E.

Buck got the car in 68 when he was 22, after the original owner who ordered her traded her in because he could never go anywhere without spinning the tires.
Buck has some good stories about the car and this picture was taken in the 69 timeframe when the GT-E was traded in.

This is a really cool picture!

He mention he only had it for a year or so before his Dad talk him into trading her in on something that he might not kill himself in.
Plus the car kind of stood out to the local authorities and they birddogged him after he eluded them once in the outlying rural area.

Yes, we did meet. She is being painted as we speak. I will try to get some progress pics up this weekend.

Now why is it that something totally inappropriate popped into my mind? I guess as they get older they start to sag a little would that be right?
