Somewhere in the liability thread some people mention the McDonalds hot coffee incident (which is hilarious ofcourse, although the sad part is that the stupid chick won the lawsuit...). This mad me think of a similar story of a woman who sewed the company that manufactured her microwave. The thing is she tried to dry her cat in it and somehow the poor beast did not survive. She sewed the factory for not stating that people should not put any animals in it... How stupid can we get?
Same thing for the anticonceptive eating woman... You just cannot blame society for making you too lazy to read a label can you?
Just like when someone slips over a banana lying on the floor of a supermarket. Don't blame the supermarket for not cleaning up after their customers every minute of the day, blame your parents for not teaching you to look where you walk.
Anyway, I think it might be an interesting off topic topic if everyone post the stupidest liability related claims/incidents they can remember, so please go ahead!

Cheers!
